Bosses
Bosses are high-difficulty solo encounters with unique loot.
They often drop a fixed amount of XP as well as a mixture of guaranteed loot and rare drops which you can only get by fighting bosses.

| The Hollow King | 70 | The headless sovereign of the Gloomharvest, riding out from the Blightwood to reap what the living have sown. | |
| Kraken | 90 | The terror of the deep seas, a colossal sea monster. | |
| Gothic Ember | 100 | An ancient demon of flame and shadow, awakened from its slumber deep beneath the earth. | |
| The Vault Guardian | 100 | A colossus of living gold, woken by the lighting of the Eternal Flame. Only patrons of the Grand Monument may face it. | |
| The Void Sovereign | 110 | The primordial entity behind the void rifts. Ancient beyond reckoning, it regards mortal challengers with contempt. |
Raid Bosses
Raid bosses are a tier above: they cannot be beaten alone, even in the best gear. Hire up to three mercenaries from the daily rotating pool to bring them down, and the boss will spread its attacks across your whole party. The Mercenary Camp page lists hiring costs and combat stats.
